Make a quick, easy meal with this Oven Fried Chicken. It's got the great fried chicken taste without all the oil! Also easy to make it gluten-free too!
1/2CupAll Purpose Flour or Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
1TspSalt
1TspPaprika
1/4TspPepper
1/2 TspLemon Pepper, Optional
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425*F.
Line a sheet pan with foil and spray with olive oil cooking spray.
Mix the flour, salt, paprika, and pepper. Add in the Lemon Pepper if using as well.
Coat the chicken with the flour mixture. Place on the prepared sheet pan, skin side down.
Cook the chicken for 30 minutes at 425*F, then carefully flip the chicken and cook an additional 20-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches at least 165*F.
Notes
If you want to make this as Lemon Pepper Oven Fried Chicken, add lemon pepper to the seasoning and flour mixture.
