In a medium-sized bowl combine the tomatoes, garlic, parsley, basil, olive oil, and garlic salt. Mix this up well to create the bruschetta. Set this aside.
Cook the hamburger patties either on the grill or the air fryer.
Once the hamburgers reach 165 degrees they are done or until your desired doneness.
Toast the hamburger bun if you prefer, top it with the hamburger, cheese, and bruschetta.
Serve.
Notes
If you want the cheese melted onto the burger, place it right on top of the warm hamburger then add the bruschetta.
