In a large bowl add in the ingredients in order and continue mixing until the dough is well formed.
Let the dough chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 350*.
Roll dough out on a floured surface to 1/8-1/4inch thickness, then cut with cookie cutters. These need to be placed on greased cookie sheets or on parchment covered sheets then placed 2 inches apart. These will bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove them from the cookie sheet and let completely cool on wire racks.
