1/2CupDiced Red Onion
2LbsGround Beef
1TbspOnion Powder
1TbspGarlic Powder

1CupShredded Colby Jack
3/4CupBurger Sauce (Big Mac Sauce or Thousand Island)See Note
1/4CupSweet Dill Relish
1/4CupSour Cream
6SlicesColby Jack Cheese
32ozBag of Frozen Tater Tots

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
Using a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add in the onions and cook until the onions are translucent.
Add the ground beef, using a heat-proof spoon, break into bite sizes.
Sprinkle with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix up and cook until the ground beef is no longer pink.
Add the shredded Colby Jack, Big Mac sauce, relish, and sour cream. Mix over low heat until all the ingredients are combined and the cheese has melted.
Pour the mixture into the prepared 9x13 baking dish, spread evenly.
Place the cheese slices on top.
Add the frozen tater tots in a single layer to cover the entire dish.
Bake uncovered in the oven for 40-45 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy to the touch.
Cool for 5 minutes and add toppings.
Serve.
Notes
If you want to make this gluten-free, use Thousand Island Dressing NOT Big Mac Sauce.
