Grease an 8-inch cake pan with a thin layer of butter and then put round parchment paper on the bottom. The paper can also be buttered.
Pour 2 cups of water into the Ninja Speedi Cooking Pot (rectangular one).
Place the crispy tray in the bottom position and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, oil, and Guinness Beer. Whisk until all ingredients are combined.
Pour into a prepared cake pan.
Place in the Ninja Speedi.
Set to rapid cook and select STEAM AND BAKE.
Set the temperature to 315*F and the time to 17 minutes.
Once the cake is done, carefully open the lid. Be careful of the steam. Take a toothpick and poke the middle of the cake, if it comes out clean it's done. If not add a few more minutes.
Take the cake pan out of the Ninja Speedi. Remember it will be hot.
Let the cake cool in the pan for a few minutes.
Take the cake out of the pan and place it on a cooling rack to fully cool.
Frost the top with your favorite chocolate frosting.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days.Different cake mixes can be used to make this recipe.Remember this is made in the Ninja Speedi NOT the Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker that is a different machine.
