Vanilla Cake Mix or Gluten-Free Vanilla Cake Mix

Unsalted Butter, Melted
Optional for Serving:
Whipped Cream
Ice Cream
Caramel Sauce
Almonds
Pecans
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375*F.
Lightly coat a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray.
Drain the syrup from 1 can of peaches and add to the baking dish.
Add the second can of peaches with syrup to the baking dish, and spread evenly.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Drizzle almond extract and stir slightly.
Pour the dry cake mix over the peach mixture and spread evenly with your hands or a spoon.
Melt the butter in a microwave-safe container.
Pour the butter evenly over the cake mix, do not stir.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the cake is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
Serve warm or room temperature with your choice of toppings.
Notes
White cake mix or yellow cake mix will work for this recipe.
