Fill the inner pot of the Ninja Foodi (Gray Liner) with 2 cups of water.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg until well combined.
Add the milk and eggs, whisking together.
Whisk in the vanilla extract.
Once all ingredients are mixed, fold in the diced bread until it's fully saturated with the liquid mixture.
Pour the mixture into the prepared cake pan.
Place the cake on the lower position of the wire rack.
Carefully place this rack with the cake pan into the gray pot of the Ninja Foodi.
Use the STEAMCRISP setting, then turn the dial to STEAMBAKE.
Set the temperature to 325*F for 13 minutes. The internal temperature needs to reach at least 190*F to be considered fully cooked.
Once it's cooked, carefully take it out of the Ninja Foodi and place it on a cooling rack or heat-resistant pad.
Carefully use a knife around the sides of the cake pan to release it.
Let it cool for 3-4 minutes, then serve with your favorite toppings.

Notes
This is great served with powdered sugar and syrup. It's best to serve it immediately or warm up the leftovers. The leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days.A stale bread or a bread a few days old works the best for this.
