Instructions
Preheat oven to 400*F.
Lightly spray the cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine the ingredients in a medium bowl until soft dough forms.
Knead dough until well combined.
On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out with a rolling pin to about 1/2 inch thick and cut with a round cookie cutter or biscuit cutter.
The other option is to drop biscuits, just drop the batter by tablespoonfuls onto the baking sheet.
Bake 7-9 minutes or until golden brown.
