Thinly Sliced Sirloin Steak

Pompeian Organic Balsamic Vinegar

Garlic Cloves

Juice from 1/2 Lime
Juice from 1/2 Lemon

Diced White Onion

Bell Peppers
Diced (Any Color)

Chopped Cilantro
Grated Cheese
White Corn Tortillas
Instructions
Add the steak to a sealable bag, add in the vinegar, garlic, cumin, oregano, pepper, and salt.
Add the juice from the lime and lemon.
Seal and shake the bag to coat the sliced steak.
Let this marinate for 6-8 hours in the fridge.
Once ready to grill, warm the grill up to medium-high heat.
Spray a large sheet of foil with non-stick cooking spray.
Add the steak to the foil, top with the onion and peppers.
Seal up the foil to create a foil pack.
Cook on the grill for 10 minutes on each side or until your desired doneness.
Carefully remove and serve on warm tortillas with grated cheese and cilantro.
