Ingredients

Flour or Gluten Free All Purpose Flour

Baking Soda

Salt

Sugar

Cup
Butter
Softened

Large Eggs
1 1/2
Cups
Mashed Ripe Banana
about 2-3 bananas
1/3
Cup
1/2 & 1/2

Tsp
Vanilla Extract
1
Tbsp
Metamucil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt, stirring into a mixing bowl.
Add in the sugar, butter, and eggs.
Mix in the banana and 1/2 & 1/2.
Lastly, add in the vanilla and Metamucil.
Continue mixing until well combined.
Spread batter into a greased bread pan.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool for about 10 minutes, then carefully release and serve.
