Ingredients

Loaf of French Bread

Eggs

Cup
Greek Gods Maple Yogurt
1/2
Cup
Milk
1
Tsp
Vanilla
1/2
Tsp
Nutmeg
1/2
Tsp
Cinnamon
Toppings - Maple Syrup
Maple Yogurt, Powdered Sugar, & Cinnamon
Instructions
Use the bread when it's at least a day old, slice it into thick slices about 1 1/2 inches thick and place in a baking dish that can hold liquid.
In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, yogurt, milk, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
Mix this well until the custard is formed.
Pour evenly over the bread to soak in.
Cover and put in the fridge for 1-2 hours or overnight.
When ready to cook, warm a cast iron skillet to medium-high heat.
Lightly cook on both sides until slightly browned.
Serve with additional toppings of your choice.
