About 4-8 hours before cooking, combine the dressing, rosemary, basil, and garlic then coat the chicken on both sides. Let this marinate for a few hours.
When ready to cook, prepare the pasta as instructed on the package. Once it's drained, add in the sauce and mix well.
In a medium-sized skillet, spray it with nonstick cooking spray and cook on both sides for about 6 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165*.
Serve the chicken over the pasta and top with shaved Parmesan.
