Sausage Cocktails, Halved

Garlic Salt
Additional Salt/Pepper to Taste
Cooked Eggs
Shredded Cheese, & Toppings (Optional)
Instructions
In a dutch oven, warm up the oil to medium heat, then add in the potatoes, let these cook about 10-15 minutes until lightly browned.
Add in the sausages and garlic salt, and let this simmer together for an additional 10 minutes until both the sausage and potatoes have fully cooked.
Serve with additional salt and pepper and any other toppings you prefer or as is.
