Combine the meat, oats, and beaten egg together in a mixing bowl.
Carefully make balls out of the meat and place in a greased baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes.
While they are baking, in a medium saucepan, combine the Fruit & Honey, chili sauce, and liquid smoke, warm up to medium heat, whisk until a low boil. Remove from heat and set aside.
Carefully remove and drain the grease from the dish or transfer to another greased baking dish.
Once they are in another dish, pour the sauce evenly over the meatballs.
Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until well done.
