Combine the vinegar, oil, rosemary, garlic, and salt in a small bowl.
Coat the chicken thoroughly with the marinade.
Let the chicken sit to soak in the marinade for 1-2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 400* when ready to cook.
To begin cooking, spray a skillet with Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray, pan sear the chicken on both sides for about 5 minutes on medium-high heat.
Once seared, place in a greased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, rotate, and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until well done. Remember the chicken should be 165* on the inside before being consumed.
