Dried Lentils
rinsed

Medium Onion
Chopped

Tsp
Garlic Powder

Tsp
Ground Ginger
1/2
Tsp
Pepper

Vegetable Broth
1 1/2
Cups
Water
Minced Fresh Cilantro
Optional
Instructions
In a 6 quart slow-cooker, add all ingredients except cilantro.
Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours.
Top with Cilantro if desired.
