Medium Sized Zucchini

Jar Homestyle Thick and Hearty Mushroom Sauce
Sliced Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
Parsley to Garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350*.
Mix together in a medium sized bowl the ground beef, egg whites, garlic salt, and onion.
Form the meatballs and place them in a greased baking dish. This should make 8 meatballs.
Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
While the meatballs are baking, use a spiralizer to make the zoodles.
Place the zoodles on paper towel to get all the excess water out.
Spray a cast iron skillet with non-stick spray, then add in the zoodles.
Place the cooked meatballs on top of the zoodles.
Pour the sauce evenly over the meatballs and zoodles.
Evenly place the cheese on top of the meatballs and zoodles.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Once baked, put under the broiler on low for about 5 minutes until the cheese browns.
Serve topped with parsley.
