Ingredients

Zucchini
Sliced

Yellow Squash
Sliced

Radishes
Quartered

Garlic Clove
Crushed

Sea Salt or to Taste

Olive Oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350*.
Add the zucchini, squash, and radishes in a medium sized bowl.
Mix in the garlic, sea salt, and olive oil.
Spread evenly on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until soft. Check on it half way through the bake time and stir.
