Red and Green Food Coloring
1/2CupPowdered SugarOptional
Instructions
Begin by mixing together the oil, white chocolate, SPLENDA®, and vanilla.
Add in eggs one at a time then the vanilla.
Mix in the flour, baking powder, and salt.
At this point split the dough in half, mixing the green food coloring into one half and the red into the other.
Cover and chill for 2-3 hours in the fridge.
Heat the oven to 350* once you are ready to bake them.
Roll them into teaspoonful size, then roll them in the powdered sugar (if you are using this) and place them on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until nearly cooked, remove and let them cool on the cookie sheet 5 minutes before placing them on a wire rack to complete cooling.
