1Head of Iceberg Lettuce
1/2CupShredded Carrots
1/8CupDiced Green Onion
1/4CupDiced Sweet Onion
1CupSliced Mushrooms
1/4CupFresh Chopped Cilantro
Soy Sauce to Taste

Instructions
Begin by preparing the chicken as instructed on the package. Then, slice it into smaller bites and set aside.
Pull apart the lettuce leaves to prepare the lettuce for the wraps.
In a medium skillet, spray it with non stick spray, then add in the carrots, onion, mushrooms, and cilantro. Add about 1/8 Cup of Soy Sauce to the mixture and saute for about 5-10 minutes until the onion is soft.
Remove from heat, add in the chicken and mix together well.
Add the chicken mixture to the lettuce leaves and serve topped with sesame seeds and with additional soy sauce or sauce of your choice.
