Greek Olives

Tomato
Diced

Sweet Peppers
Sliced

Garlic
Crushed

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Breton Gluten-Free Crackers
Parsley to Garnish
Instructions
In a medium sized bowl, mix the cheese, olives, tomato, and sweet peppers together, then mix in the garlic and olive oil.
Serve topped over the crackers and garnish with parsley.
