Red Potatoes
Cut into Chunks

Cup
Butter
1/4
Cup
Parsley
Chopped

Orange Peel
Grated

Tsp
Salt
Dried Rosemary
Instructions
Place the potatoes in a stock pot and cover them with water, heat them up to medium high heat up until a boil.
Reduce heat and cover the potatoes with a lid and let them cook for about 20 minutes until tender.
Drain the potatoes and return to the bowl.
Mix in the Butter, Parsley, Orange Peel, and Salt.
Serve with a sprinkle of Rosemary.
