Cheesy Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Sweet Potatoes
Sliced and Halved

Large Ziploc Bag

Tbsp
Olive Oil

Tbsp
Rosemary
1
Clove
Garlic
Crushed

Cup
Sargento Cheddar Jack Natural Shredded Cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400*.
Place the potatoes in a Ziploc bag along with the olive oil, rosemary, and garlic.
Seal the bag and shake it up well coating the potatoes.
Pour the potatoes evenly into a greased baking sheet or oven safe dish.
Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes until soft.
Remove carefully and top with the cheese.
Continue roasting for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Serve.
