Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Sprinkle the chicken with the salt and pepper then add to the pan.
Cooking it on each side 3-5 minutes.
Then, add in the green onions, wine, and rosemary, cook for a minute then stir in the broth and half and half.
Let this simmer 15 minutes or until all the liquid has soaked into the chicken.
Be sure to turn the chicken over halfway through the simmering time to avoid it from overcooking on one side.
