In a large bowl combine the ground beef, taco seasoning, black beans, and chilies. Mix this well and form patties. Typically this will make 8 patties.
If you tend to have trouble with the patties staying together on the grill add a beaten egg to the mix to help them stick together.
Add cheese to the patties too if you prefer.
Once you have the 8 patties made, place them on the grill at medium heat and cook until your preference. We like to have ours up to 160* and close to well done.
When you are ready to serve, top your bun with the hamburger, rice, and drizzle with salsa.
