Instructions
In a 4 quart slow cooker, place the chicken on the bottom, then add in the white onions, peppers, garlic powder, butter, Worcestershire sauce, and chicken broth.
Cover and let this cook on low for 6-8 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and easily shreds.
Spread the cheese on a hoagie or gluten free bun then top with the mixture. Use a slotted spoon to remove from the crock pot to avoid the juices making the bread soggy.
