Begin in advance by marinating the steaks. Place each steak in a Ziploc bag with the 1/2 cup of the dressing and 1 clove of crushed garlic. Seal the bag and shake up a bit to coat the entire steak.
Let this sit for about 1-2 hours to get the flavors soaked in.
Place the grill pan on top of the burner on your stove.
Spray the grill pan with non stick cooking spray and heat up to medium heat.
Cook the steak on each side for about 10 minutes or until your desired doneness.
Note: Some cook-tops such as ceramic or glass are not recommended to use cast iron due to scratching, be aware of this before using one. The grill pan can also be used in the oven.
