of Cheddar Cheese
Spinach Leaves
Sliced Tomato
Hard-Boiled Eggs
Sliced
Butter
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350*.
On each half of the muffin, spread a little bit of butter then layer it with the cheese, spinach, tomato, and egg.
Place them on a greased baking sheet and in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Slice and Serve.
Makes 4 half size sandwiches.
