Slow Cooker Tomato Basil Chicken

Ingredients

Approx Split Chicken Fryer

Olive Oil
1
Red Bell Pepper
1
Green Bell Pepper
1
Cup
Halved Cherry Tomatoes
1
Clove
Crushed Garlic
1
Tbsp
Chopped Basil
1
Tsp
Dried Parsley
1
Tsp
Dried Rosemary
1
Tsp
Dried Oregano
Salt/Pepper to Taste
Instructions
In a 5 quart slow cooker, pour in the olive oil and evenly coat the bottom of the cooker.
Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
Then, place the veggies on top of the chicken. At this point, you can also place veggies underneath the chicken if it is stacked on top of each other.
Add the garlic and all the seasonings evenly over the top of the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Add salt/pepper to taste when serving.
