1/2CupSugar
3TspBaking Powder
1TspSalt
2CupsRegular MilkNonfat, Whole, or Lowfat Cow's Milk
2Eggs
1TbspVanilla Extract
1/2CupSemi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients in order.
Then whisk in the milk, eggs, and vanilla.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Now, spray the griddle or skillet with baking spray and warm to medium heat.
Let it cook on one side until the batter begins to bubble, then flip over and cook until done. This typically just takes 2-3 minutes.
These make approximately 12 pancakes.
