In a 4 quart crock pot, begin by spraying it with non stick cooking spray.
Then, add in the steak, onion, pepper, garlic powder, butter, Worcestershire sauce, and bouillon cube. Fill the crock pot with enough water to cover the meat mixture.
Let this cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Using a slotted spoon to let the liquid drain out, take a few spoonfuls of the mixture and serve it on top of a hoagie roll with cheese and any of your favorite toppings.
