Strawberries

Cup
Raspberries

Blueberries

Spinach Leaves

Vanilla Yogurt
Nonfat
1/2
Cup
Juice or Water
Ice
Instructions
Place fruit on bottom in the blender, then all other ingredients on top and blend until the desired consistency is reached.
Note: You may need to add more liquid if it is too thick for your taste.
