Make these easy Grilled Cheesy Potatoes on the grill or right over the campfire with these foil packed potatoes.

Baking Potatoes
Diced

Green Peppers

Mushrooms
Sliced

Spices
Oil
Velveeta Cheese
Instructions
Start by putting all of your ingredients on greased sheet of foil.
Then wrap up and place on the grill.
These will cook until fairly tender, then add in the chunks of Velveeta. I typically use about 8 ounces of cheese. (1/2 a block of Velveeta)
Next wrap them up and put back on the grill until the cheese is melted and the potatoes are soft.
Notes
Spices can be salt and pepper to taste, or whichever you prefer.
