Beef Boneless Roast

Beef Broth

Sweet Onion, Sliced

Onion Powder

Celery Salt
1/2
Tsp
Garlic Powder

Tsp
Dried Parsley
Salt & Pepper to Taste
French Baguette
Provolone Cheese
Melted Butter with Garlic & Parsley
Instructions
Add all the ingredients, except the baguette and cheese, to the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Once done, shred the meat, then top the sliced baguette with roast and cheese.
Coat the top with a light glaze of garlic butter. This is simply melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley.
Be sure to reserve the sauce for the au jus for dipping.
Bake this in the oven at 350* for 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts.
Serve with the au jus sauce.
