Progresso Soup - Broccoli Cheese

Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs or Breast

Fresh Chopped Broccoli

Cornstarch
Toppings
Shredded Cheese
Crackers

Instructions
Add the soup to the instant pot.
Add in the chicken.
Top with the broccoli.
Lock the lid in place and make sure the nozzle is on sealed.
Cook on high pressure for 12 minutes.
Remove the chicken, use a meat thermometer to be sure the chicken is at 165 degrees. Then, shred the chicken.
Mix the chicken back into the soup in the instant pot.
Whisk in the cornstarch to thicken.
Serve topped with your choice of toppings.
Notes
In regards to the chicken, use about 2 pounds.
