Butter, Melted

Vanilla Frosting
Holiday Sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350*.
Mix together sugar cookie mix with butter, eggs, and flour.
Once dough is formed, roll out the dough on a well floured surface. Be sure to use flour on the top of dough as well, it will be sticky.
Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Cut out circle shapes in the dough, a biscuit cutter or top to a mason jar works well for this.
Add them carefully to the parchment paper. One mix typically makes 14 cookies of this size.
Once done, bake in the oven for 8-12 minutes. These will be lightly golden brown on the bottom when finished.
Remove and carefully move them to a wire rack to fully cool.
While these are cooling, prepare the frosting.
Add frosting to one side of the cooled cookie and top with another cookie.
Add the sprinkles to a plate and roll the sides in the sprinkles.
Continue until done and serve.
