Ingredients

Package of Turkey Legs
Ours were 2.5 Lbs, 3 Legs
Kraft Hickory Smoke BBQ Sauce
Brown Sugar Rub:
1
Cup
Brown Sugar
2
Tbsp
Garlic Powder
1
Tsp
Salt
1
Tsp
Paprika
1/2
Tsp
Black Pepper
1/2
Tsp
Chili Powder
Any Additional Spices you prefer
Instructions
Begin by making the rub and patting it all over the defrosted turkey legs.
Next slather a good amount of BBQ sauce over the turkey legs.
At this point, smoke the turkey legs about 240* for 2-2 1/2 hours. We smoked ours until the internal temperature reached 165*.
Half way through the smoking time, we used a brush to slather on more BBQ sauce.
