Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350*.
Spray a muffin tin with non stick cooking spray, set aside.
Empty the salad kit contents into a bowl including the cranberries and pumpkin seeds.
Add in the turkey crumbles.
Add in the dressing and stir well.
Crack an egg into each muffin tin, then whisk slightly to break apart the yolk.
Top evenly with a bit of the salad mixture.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the egg is nicely cooked.
Carefully remove and serve.
