Instructions
Begin by preparing and cooking the bacon, reserving 1 Tbsp of bacon grease.
In a medium sized cast iron skillet, add in the bacon grease.
Let it warm up for about a minute then add in bacon, crumbling it, and the remaining ingredients.
Let this cook and stew for 20 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Serve.
