Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients

Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
1/2
cup
Gluten Free Soy Sauce or Regular Soy Sauce
1/4
cup
Water
2
tablespoons
Rice Wine Vinegar
2
tablespoons
Brown Sugar
1/4
cup
Granulated Sugar
1
clove
Garlic
crushed
1
teaspoon
Ground Ginger
1/2
tablespoon
Cornstarch
Instructions
Place the chicken on the bottom of a 6 quart slow cooker.
Combine all ingredients remaining into a small mixing bowl, except the Cornstarch, this will be used at the end.
Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken, cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving, add in the cornstarch, stir and let cook for an additional 30 minutes to thicken up the sauce.
Serve over rice or as is with your choice of sides.
