if GF use Certified GF Oats

Evaporated Milk
1/2
Cup
Chopped Onion

Tsp
Salt

Pepper

Garlic Powder

lbs
Lean Ground Beef
Sauce:
2
Cups
Ketchup
1 1/2
Cups
Packed Brown Sugar
1/2
Cup
Chopped Onion
1
Tsp
Liquid Smoke
1/2
Tsp
Garlic Powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400*.
In a large bowl combine the meatloaf ingredients.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish or line with foil, then place the meat mixture there and shape into the loaf.
Bake for 30 minutes at 400*.
Carefully remove the dish from the oven, drain if needed.
In a small saucepan, bring all sauce ingredients to a boil.
Pour over the meatloaf.
Return to the oven for an additional 30 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
