Slow Cooker Rosemary Cornish Hens

Ingredients

Cornish Hens

Cup
of Italian Vinaigrette Dressing
1
Tbsp
Rosemary
1
Tsp
Sage
1
Tsp
Thyme
1
Tsp
Oregano
1/4
Cup
of Water
1
Can of Chicken Broth
2
Cups
Baby Carrots
3
Medium Sized Potatoes
Cubed
Instructions
Spray a 5 Quart slow cooker with non stick cooking spray then place the hens in the cooker.
Next, pour the dressing over the hens and coat with the herbs evenly. Then add in the remaining ingredients.
Cover and let this cook on low for 8 hours.
Note: For us this serves 2, I basically assume 1 hen per guest.
