Avocado Egg Salad

Ingredients

egg
hard boiled
1/2
medium avocado
1
tablespoon
light mayonnaise
1
slice
light bread
I use killer dave's light bread 75 cal
1
tablespoon
Parmesan cheese
shredded
1/4
teaspoon
paprika
1/4
teaspoon
cumin
pepper and salt
to taste
Instructions
1. Slice egg and avocado (or use a hand chopper)
2. Mix mayo and spices into egg and avocado
3. Toast bread
4. Pour egg mixture on top of bread and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
