Fall is coming and that means a fall menu plan is in order!
Are you ready for fall? I know that we sure are! It’s officially time for hoodies and all things cozy.
Of course, I need the weather to get the memo too so that I don’t melt in my hoodie. I love the crisp fall mornings that I can sit outside and sip my coffee.
It’s just so peaceful.
I always tell myself that I am going to get up before the kids and just soak up some me time, but let’s be honest…I can barely get up when I have to.
My son started choir this year and now we have to be at school even earlier and he even said “Mom, we barely making it on time already!” Yep…it’s true.
I will tell you though, we’ve never been late, so there is that. They may be running in when that bell rings but they haven’t been late.

Now, it’s time to enjoy the fall season and some of these delicious recipes. My personal favorite is that Slow Cooker Maple Roast. It’s the only way my family even will eat roast these days.
It’s so delicious and that sweetness just compliments all the flavors so well.
We are already planning to get some good use out of our smoker this fall. That’s my favorite time to smoke meats, when you don’t completely melt outside.
