It’s March! That means spring is just around the corner, right? Let’s all hope so!
I will say I still wish we had some more snow around here, anything would be nice. We’ve been known though to have snow at the end of March, so I guess there is still hope.
How have you been doing with menu planning now that we are 2 months into the year? Staying on track?
We’ve been doing well with it, but I’m still working hard to utilize leftovers. It’s hard to do that sometimes when you cook for a living and many times cook more than you can eat.
Thankfully, my family is perfectly happy to take some extra food too. I really need to live closer to them so I can just bring dinner over every day.
Wouldn’t that be nice for them?
I’ve been continuing to use my air fryer a lot for meals. We now have the Ninja Foodi and I swear that thing is AMAZING.
It does EVERYTHING in one! Slow Cooker, Instant Pot, Air Fryer, and more…all in one appliance. I use it almost every single day and am constantly amazed by all the amazing things it can do.
It really has saved our dinner many nights because I can quickly put a meal together with it. I can even do breakfast and many other things too.
