Get ready for another week with this Weekly Menu Plan!
This month has just been packed full with activities. This weekend has been for sure! We took our son out of town for his birthday and went to two parks, one was an amusement park and one water park. It was a blast but busy for sure. Then, today my husband and I are celebrating our 12th wedding anniversary!
We are just going to take some time to go out to dinner together and have a little date to celebrate. I’m excited to have some peace and quiet and down time after a busy weekend. Then, this upcoming week it’s off to church day camp.
So many things going on, but we are having the best summer so it’s all working out well! Of course, I do feel like we may need another few months to recover from the summer, but it’s worth it.
In the meantime, I’ll tell you the truth I’ve had a hard time getting in the kitchen this summer. We have been out in the pool so much around dinner time, I think we may be living on sandwiches!
I’m making it a point this week though to get back on track, so we will see how it goes. I’m adding in some more instant pot and slow cooker recipes this week.
