Let’s start the year off right with the first Weekly Menu Plan of 2019!
Now is everyone on a diet? Isn’t that the way it goes this time of year?
My gym is suddenly PACKED when it used to be nice and quiet. Then, by about spring it’s back to normal again.
I’ll admit though this year I’m on a diet too or I’m going to tell myself that. We are going on a trip in a few months, where I’ll be in a wetsuit…yep, this girl needs to be on a diet!
I ordered the photo package too so that we could get lots of family photos while we are there, maybe I can ask them if they’ll cut a few pounds out…or maybe I’ll look great because everything will be so sucked in. HA!
Whatever it is though, I can’t wait to go on a fun vacation soon with the family.
In the meantime though, we are back to school and back to routine. It’s back to lots of basketball practice and games for the next 2 months.
Then, everything stops for a while and suddenly we have a quiet life again…really until the fall.
My husband though is trying to get our son to try playing baseball…but I’m on the other side saying NO. I’m the one that has to take them everywhere and…I need a break.
Good thing, he does listen to me and so far our son is interested in mostly football and basketball. So I’ll stick with that!
Now as we head into this new year do you have any goals in mind? I’m trying to really focus on what is important this year both in business and family, stop worrying about what’s out of my control.
It’s all easier said than done, but I am going to try!
