This is it, the final days of February! I can’t say I’m sad…I’m ready for spring and flip flops plus pretty toes! Are you? I know for sure my kids are ready for spring. They actually are even more ready for summer. It’s a daily discussion with my daughter on when we can go to the pool again.
She cannot wait for the pool to open. The pool we go to is undergoing a major renovation, so I think I’m just as excited as the kids to see how it turns out! The spring won’t be nearly as busy as this past few months has been for us, so I’m anxious for it too. We definitely need a little slow down around here.
We just finished up basketball season, so at least we have some time back into our schedule to just be at home. I think for the most part we are all homebodies, we also love to be outside. My kids love to be out back and eat outside, so we often enjoy dinner on the patio or the picnic table during these warmer months. I’m anxious for that.
I do wish though, we could just get one good snow…but that may end up waiting again until next year.
