It’s time for another great Weekly Menu Plan!
It’s nearly Mid-February. Are you ready for Valentine’s Day this week? Here is your reminder, don’t forget about that special someone in your life. Do you do gifts? My husband and I really don’t do much outside of usually having a nice dinner at home. We do more for the kids than each other, I think it’s more fun with the kids honestly. They get the cute little party and all the fun little activities.
As a kid, my dad always had a card and chocolates on the counter every Valentine’s Day. He would get a big heart of candy for my mom and flowers, then chocolate and cards for the rest of us. I think what I love the most is he really read and thought out those cards. They always went perfectly with each of us. I have kept many of them over the years and even as adults, we still end up with that on Valentine’s Day. It’s something I really love and have enjoyed over the years, it’s also something I hope my daughter remembers about her dad too.
Now, as we head into the week let’s get to this menu. I have to admit, I am so ready for March. It’s time for spring to come and all this sickness to go away. Are you ready? I’ll take the spring allergies any day over all this flu stuff! EEK!
