It’s time for a Weekly Menu Plan!
It’s spring! It’s officially spring, Easter has come and gone and now we are moving on our way to summer. This weekend, we are planning to get our garden and flower beds planted. I am so ready, our home just looks so much happier in the spring. It’s also time though for a Weekly Menu Plan!
It’s gorgeous when it snows and all but when everything is just dead, brown, and cold…it’s just so ugly! So, I’m ready for bright and pretty to come home to again, are you?
I am also ready for our garden. We have plans for our garden now, this year we are going to try plants instead of seeds. We have tried and failed many times now with seeds. I would love to do just seeds, but they can’t be planted straight in the garden due to all the rain here, they get washed away. One year our entire yard was taken over by squash because so many seeds were washed out of the garden.
I am sure that was a rabbit’s dream when they just saw squash everywhere, right? Now, we have our garden sectioned and ready to go. I’m anxious to start making dinners with garden fresh produce again. Something about it just puts me in that happy place.

I hope you enjoy this week’s menu plan. I also added a few Air Fryer recipes. I am really starting to use the Air Fryer more than anything else lately, I have a feeling that will continue as we head through the summer months.
